A family story
Successive generations of winemakers have shaped the family story. Heirs to gestures, know-how and a passion passed down over time, Angèle and Ludovic are now writing their own chapter at the heart of the Chablis vineyard. Their wines are the result: Chablis with character, precision and complexity, faithful to their terroir.
Terroirs
The vines benefit from generous exposure and grow on clay-limestone soils planted on Kimmeridgian marl. This distinctive geological composition gives our wines mineral and iodine notes, along with lasting floral and fruity freshness. Each parcel is harvested and vinified separately to preserve the aromatic uniqueness linked to each appellation.
